After our initial contact, your consultation starts with a needs analysis. Every buyer is unique and their needs are as well. We will have a private, face-to-face meeting. I want to find out your goals, desires, location requirements and more. My goal is to completely understand you and your real estate objective. Developing a Long Term Relationship
In that respect, my goal is not to sell you a house. My purpose is to represent you in the purchase of your home and pro-actively guide you through the phases. In addition I hope to develop a long term relationship with you as your "trusted advisor". That way, mutual trust will exist between us.
While you and I will be working together closely throughout the home buying process, I am always working behind the scenes to alleviate even more of the stress of home buying. For example, once you have a house under contract, I will stay on top of every aspect of the process so that nothing slips between the cracks. I will follow up with the mortgage lender for the mortgage commitment and the closing attorney in an effort to ensure a smooth transaction. You will be guided every step of the way.
Additionally, I provide my clients with a website where all important documents are stored until closing. I am one of the few Realtors that utilizes "DocuSign" so that all paperwork may be signed electronically. In addition I attend the home inspection, the final property walk-through and the transaction closing.
I will be with you every step of the way during your home purchase process. And I will be with you afterwards as well. I will work diligently to earn your trust, your future business and your referrals of family, friends and neighbors.
